1. Eat good food to your satisfaction and spend time for exercises.
2. Take time for what really matters and tackle one thing at a time, if you start too much you will finish late.
3. Make more time for your family and loved ones.
4. Always see good in others nor matter how bad they may seem to appear, learn from them what to do and what not to do, as the case my be.
5. Be of help to those you are led, there is difference between help out of sympathy and help because the person is in need.
6. Have a goal for each day.
7. Record all of your success and failure,you may want to check them later and see if you are growing or not.
8. Love truly, and be faithful.
9. Get up early,read your Bible and pray before entering the day.
10. Make sure you carry God along through all of these!
