Many will want to lay blames on enemies for the cause if their predicaments but the fact is that we got ourselves worked out and our body system reacted and brought us down.
Fever, fatigue and headache are among the least effects of stress but because we notice them more frequent we tag them as that top most effects.
You can actually create time for anything you want if you really want to, therefore it's not an evil thing to do if we reduce our lots of activities that leads to stress and find more time to rest.
The body doesn't pay you for over stressing it instead reduces it's functionality. To every excess stress you bring upon yourself you pay to handle its effects. So which is better? Spend most of the money you earn handling stress or have some time to rest, some time to work and some time to enjoy what you worked for!
