The Scar

When I was younger we had this game we usually played called 'Morji'. You will close your eyes and put your arm on the shoulder of another and allow him direct you.

Jimmy was my childhood friend and I usually played the game with him.
But something happened one day. After I had successfully led him round and round, it was my turn to be led.
Jimmy do close his eyes sometimes but not always just to make sure I was leading him on the right path.

I closed my eyes firmly and he led me to a big gutter demarcated by concrete; and he beckoned on me to come.


On the opposite I was usually closed my eyes because I trusted him.


So I innocently advanced my movement and found myself afterwards in a pool of blood flowing from my jaw.

I am grown up now, and till today I still have the scar beneath my jaw.

             That day I learnt this;

📌# No matter how innocent you are; it doesn't stop people from hurting you.

📌📌## People who hurt you the more are those you trust the most.


📌📌 📌### Best friends and REAL friends are two different things.

Follow your dreams! Refuse to get moved by what people think or say about you. People around you may think you are not doing anything to better your life. Does it matter what people around you say or think? For the fact that your plans are kept away from people doesn't mean you are not taking the right steps in living your dreams. Hear me out! The marriage that lasted only for a month PART 1

..."I am most grateful to God for sparing me, my wife and children, the bride, her family members and other church Members that was with me over the night".
