Okra may have done so by stabilizing liver cell membranes, making them more defensive against intruding free radicals.

6. Kills Breast Cancer Cells In one study, a lectin isolated from okra was capable of instigating cell suicide in breast cancer cells. The growth of breast tumor cells was inhibited by a significant 63%. Breast cancer affects 1 in 8 women during their lifetime.

 "Sharpen?". I had no time to sharpen my axe. I have been very busy trying to cut trees....             WHAT THIS IS ALL ABOUT, Some of us our lives are like that of the woodcutter. We sometimes get so busy that we don't take time to sharpen the " axe". In today's world, it seems that everyone is busier than ever, but less happy that ever. Why is that?.
